Customer Services Job Description
Ensure proper inventory procedures are being followed
Responsible for the Logistic Operation (warehousing and transportation) managing the market budget for the function delivering Productivity Targets
Ensure Best in Class Service to our Customers thru a strong Customer Service Organization and a mature Customer Collaboration process in place
Serve as the primary liaison with Sales, Production, and Global Logistics staff on the delivery of cost-effective customer service
Report directly to Area Vice President, Great Lakes
Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise
Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirement are met
Ensure efficient scheduling and routing to and from plants and their customers to achieve lowest total costs and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery
Schedule production to successfully meet customer requirements and ensure effective delivery of services to internal and external customers with lowest total cost fulfillment
Oversee cost estimating process performed within Customer Service
