Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive products for servicing
- Assist in transaction of accessories and servicing paperwork.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
You should have a Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative. Having a Growth mindset, being customer focused and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team are desired attributes.
