Job Description

Telemarketer (Full-Time)

  • Organize and maintain all lead records in the caller list with accurate information sourced from emails and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure lead data is up-to-date by verifying and removing duplicate entries while tracking the first date of contact.
  • Respond to inquiries received via Meta and WhatsApp on Saturday afternoons.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer records using the CRM system.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Efficiency in handling and updating customer inquiries.
  • Punctuality in responding to leads and inquiries.
  • Quality of communication and accuracy of information shared.
  • Customer satisfaction and resolution effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong command of English.
  • Ability to work in the office and remotely (WFH on Sundays).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional handling of customer inquiries with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
  • Quick thinking and effective issue resolution skills.
