Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of a Junior Human Resource Intern to join the Eatigo Team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, this role will be an opportunity to have hands-on experience in other HR/ administrative functions and gain valuable experience. The ideal candidate will obsess in building up our Employer Value Proposition and executing talent strategy plans to meet current and future hiring needs and have a strong track record of execution and be able to work well independently as well as in a team.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Plan and manage social media accounts (Facebook & Linkedin) to build employer branding
  • Cooperate with other departments (Marketing and Sales) to identify and deliver company initiatives through Linkedin ensuring alignment with HQ standards
  • Develop original, innovative editorial content, such as internal newsletter, videos for internal channels like intranet, town halls
  • Creative content planning for social media accounts
  • Work alongside the HR team to plan, execute and report partnerships progress

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
  • Basic knowledge in design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience in managing public social media pages 
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills
