Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR intern will
- Learn the end-to-end recruitment cycle from screening CVs to recruitment process involvement to onboarding new hires
- Learn how to organize and execute employee engagement activities
- Learn to prepare HR surveys and reports
- Assist to prepare slides for various HR projects and perform presentation, when necessary
- Assist with tracking of employees' training participation & budget utilisation rate and evaluating effectiveness of training
- Support the maintenance of Learning & Development records and database
- Get involved in several HR projects
- Learn the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
What you need:
- A current or recent student with a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or similar capability
- Have an interest in HR or Business Administration
- A team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and takes ownership
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills will be helpful
- Be an Ambassador to the company
