Job Description
Job Summary
The Accounts Intern is responsible in assisting the accounting procedures in Ebb & Flow Pte Ltd Group HQ and the other outlets.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in daily accounting entry
- Liaise with suppliers for the monthly SOA and any dispute
- Assist in outlets sales revenue billing and reconcile to the bank collection.
- Assist in checking petty cash
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Enter inter-company transaction and agree inter-company balances
- Assist in preparation of fixed assets schedule and compute the depreciation charge
- Generate monthly reporting and upload to airtable
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy
- Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Others
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week is advantageous
- Please indicate availability for a 3-month / 6-month internship
