Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience/Learn to handle full sets of accounts independently (BS, P&L, GL, AR, AP, Assets & Schedules)
- Perform month end closing, reconciliation and management reporting.
- Preparation of monthly invoices and chasing of payment
- Prepare and submit Tax return / GST return / CPF
- Learn Administrative work (Corporate Secretary)
- Learn HR duties, payroll, cpf submission and leave and claims submission.
- Any other ad hoc account & admin duties as assigned
- Ensure the book closed and deadline as per requested
Requirements:
- English Proficiency Written and Conversational a MUST
- Able to work in small company environment, friendly and fun-loving
- Able to start work on within short notice
- Meticulous and willing to learn
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Accountancy or Diploma in Accountancy
- Candidates preferably must have 2 years of experience
- QuickBooks Software knowledge is an advantage
- Interns with good performance will be offered a full time job.
