Job Description
- Responsible for daily purchasing admin duties using XMS system and ensuring invoices are process timely with accuracy
- Prepare purchasing orders and invoices and coordinate with suppliers
- Generate weekly and monthly purchasing/inventory report for management
- Assist with the follow-up and coordination of suppliers, warehouse and operations teams to ensure on time delivery of products
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
Job Requirement
- Relevant purchasing experience will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Words
- Able to read and type in Mandarin
