Job Description

The Marketing & Business Development Intern will contribute to brand awareness and business growth in both B2C and B2B sectors through initiatives such as digital marketing, social media management, offline marketing, market research, content creation, events and other promotions.  The incumbent will also work with our sales team and participate in client liaison activities to improve customer conversions and build customer loyalty.


Main Duties:

  • Using product and brand management principles to develop branding, advertising and promotional collateral.
  • Create engaging advertising and promotional content using an understanding of market segmentation and targeting. 
  • Apply an understanding of digital media management by updating and creating graphical and text content for digital and offline marketing channels including eDMs, website content, social media content, product banners, POS displays.
  • Contribute the conceptualising new marketing initiatives such as product, price and seasonal promotions.
  • Managing marketing databases, CRM and administration of marketing activities
  • Making connections with new clients and supporting existing clients to build lead generation and develop conversions.
  • Generally being awesome 🙂


We would love for the successful candidate to commence ASAP and stay with us for at least 16 weeks to maximise the learning opportunities.  The maximum duration of the internship is up to 1 year and this internship can be undertaken as part of the mandatory graduation requirement for a degree program.
