Source candidates through various agencies, job portals, social media and informal referrals
Build partnership with universities/polytechnics and participate in internship / sponsorship programs
Review resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and participate in the selection process
Perform reference and background checks
Manage offer and negotiate with candidates based on approved guidelines and range
Conduct exit interviews for analysis and action
Implement strategies to drive continuous recruitment efficiencies to fill vacancies that meets operation needs
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree
2-3 years with experience in talent acquisition and hiring
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Able to cope with changes
