Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Manage on boarding and off boarding process
Incorporate ECON work values and culture at the workplace
Identifies training needs for business unit and ensuring effectiveness of training outcome
Participate in job fairs and internship program
Initiate process improvement projects
Function as interface between business operations and HQ HR
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree
2-3 years with HR experience in managing full spectrum HR
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
