Key responsibilities
Managing accounts and resources in office, from purchase to receipt; ensuring that payments are made to creditors in time.
Liaising with external accountants, auditors and corporate secretary to coordinate for mandated statutory audit, or of any other audit of accounts required by law for claim purposes.
Coordinating information and submitting government claims for approval, such as Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) and Research Incentive Scheme for Companies (RISC).
Assisting with HR processes: recruitment workflow, staff training supervision…
Other assigned roles of administration, organization and deputation.
Requirements
• Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Strong knowledge in managing accounts, Singaporean corporate rules and law
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Professional writing and presenting skills
• Ability to work in a diverse, international and cross disciplinary research and development environment
