EDP Renewables APAC is one of several subsidiaries of EDP Group, a global leader in the renewable energy sector and one of the world’s largest wind producers. With its headquarters in Singapore, EDP Renewables is the leading sustainable development hub for the Asia Pacific region with activities across nine different markets. Our activities are focused on the design, development, management, and operation of renewable energy sources, namely solar, and wind, as well as new technologies such as storage.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly operational & financial reports
- Support in Analysis of monthly and quarterly results for the whole APAC region in coordination with Finance Business Partner or Operation
- Support in development of the Annual Budget, recurrent Reforecasts, Business Plan and business evolution forecast exercises
- Preparation of Financial modelling for simulation of different business scenarios and ad-hoc analysis for reflection and definition of business strategy
- Support the process of International expansion
- Focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement of business planning and control support infrastructures, ensuring alignment of best practices and systems
Learning Outcomes
- Practical application of knowledge on management accounting, controlling and financial analysis.
- Gain insight into renewable energy business - understanding key metric for the measurement of performance and key drivers to improve performance
- Transferable skillsets including preparation of presentation, analytical and critical thinking
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business or equivalent
