Role Summary
As a Professional Learning Intern at Education in Motion, their target will be to engage with and support innovation in education, with the ultimate goal of inspiring generations of learners to Live WorldWise.
In this role, the Intern will support the Professional Learning team with programmes and events and engage with various internal and external stakeholders and departments throughout our network of schools.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organising professional learning events hosted both in person and virtually.
- Source and communicate with PL vendors
- Assist with learning programme logistics (breakout rooms management, programme kits delivery, onsite support for F2F sessions, etc)
- Develop and execute social media and communication strategies
- Assist in creation and updates of Professional Learning programmes
- Support with creation of materials using a variety of software including videos, animations, presentations
- Support with daily operations, tasks and special projects
Requirements
- Minimum polytechnic/university level studying HR, events management, communication, business or related fields
- 3-6 months internship
- 3-5 days per week
