We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist in managing our social media presence, including platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, a keen eye for engaging content, and the ability to create captivating short video clips.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations to engage with our audience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital content creation.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (for interns, pursuing a degree in a relevant field)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with audiences (experience with TikTok is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools/software is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for social media and staying current with industry trends
