  • To manage and ensure operations excellence in all aspects of retail development
  • Drive sales and manage the store team including retail associates and cashiers
  • Responsible for maximizing sales and contributing to the achievement of targets and objectives
  • Lead the team to achieve individual and store targets, ensuring smooth and healthy business growth
  • Provide coaching and training to lead a vibrant and customer service oriented team
  • Product management according to selling targets- organisation of merchandise and stock optimization
  • Be well informed of promotional activities to convey to the rest of the team
  • Carry out and assist in merchandising duties
  • Ensure visual merchandising display adhere to guidlines and store is kept neat and tidy at all times
  • Conduct/ Participate on stock taking and inventory reporting
  • Manage promptly to Customer feedbacks and enquires, respond and react professionally to customers
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/N/O Level/ College, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field as a Store Manager.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General, Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Presentable, responsible, hardworking, posses initiative, self- motivated disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Singaporean Only.

Other Information:

  • Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
  • Work location: Free Shutter Bus from Pioneer MRT or Boon Lay MRT
