Job Description
  • Ensure guests satisfaction, be the face of the venue.
  • Have the autonomy to manage day-to-day front of house operations.
  • Great at admin work, responsible for rostering and daily operations report etc.
  • Able to delegate and provide guidance.
  • Develop and lead a motivated and dynamic team.
  • Ensure staff performance and maintain exceptional service to customers.
  • Responsible for Outlet's Cost of Labour.
  • Responsible for Outlet's P&L.
  • Responsible for outlet's maintenance and hygiene standard.
  • Work closely with Outlet's BOH Management Team.
  • Enjoy working behind the bar to craft libations to quench thirsty customers.
  • A role model for all junior staff.
  • Have a track record in delivering excellent customer service.
