Duties:
- Contributing to a positive and supportive learning community.
- Communicating with children, staff and families within our school community.
- Supporting children, staff and families with any queries they may have related to school office maters.
- Working collaboratively as part of the parent liaison team to support the wider school community.
- Continually developing an understanding of the processes and procedures with our school community and providing feedback to strengthen and develop them over time.
- Ensuring student files are up to date, both physical and electronic copies (upload new enrolments and withdrawals).
- Managing student attendance on Google doc and weekly attendance list.
- Preparing and sending student contracts (check upon parent submission before advising accounts team to invoice).
- Creating ECA lists from termly registration and attendance lists.
- Preparing ECA Authorised Collection lists for respective ECAs.
- Supporting ECA procedures.
- Supporting emergency evacuation processes and procedures.
- Preparing Parent Passes and ensure parent photos storage are regularly maintained.
- Preparing brochures for school tour visitors.
- Creating parent information - menu, calendar, fee structure.
- Importing and maintain contacts on MailChimp.
- Supporting with the preparation of the school newsletters.
- Attend and support school events and Open Days.
- Maintaining staff list and medical/emergency contact details.
- Procurement and stock take of stationary, uniforms, first aid supplies, jotter books, school resources, wipes/tissues and support staff gardening and maintenance tools.
- Communicating with children, staff and families within our school community.
- Supporting children, staff and families with any queries they may have related to school office maters.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to converse effectively in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy.
- Good team player with the ability to multi-task and work independently where necessary.
