Reporting to the Group CMO, the position requires a person with a strong foundation in graphic design who will be responsible for developing design materials with special emphasis on digital and social media. The incumbent should be open-minded and have excellent creative design skills as well as knowledge and experience across all media.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Ideate, create and develop high quality design materials to support the ongoing marketing efforts of the organisation
- Develop creative animations, videos and other dynamic design formats
- Support the digital and social media efforts of the organisation by developing contemporary and high quality design materials and visual content that is at par with best practice
- Ensure compliance with CI guidelines across all communication materials used across the organisation
- Develop collaterals such as brochures, print adverts and all traditional marketing materials
- Participate in regular research and implement best practice on design and UI to enhance the quality and consistency of all communication materials
- Track, measure and analyse effectiveness of design output in alignment with the goals of the team
- Develop an understanding of the needs of different media campaigns, and develop design campaigns in an integrated multimedia environment
- Support the development of creative assets for social media
- Coordinate and support the marketing efforts of schools within and outside Singapore
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company.

- A diploma in Design, Digital Marketing and Communications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fast learner with an ability to stay on top of latest trends and introduce and implement them to enhance quality of work across the team
- Open-minded, life-long learner
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing social media (FB, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Youtube) will be an added advantage
- Proficient with designing tools eg. Adobe Creative Suite, animation and multimedia
- An understanding of digital arts and design
