As a Sales Development Rep, you'll be the one exploring new biz opportunities and building rock-solid relationships with potential customers. You'll be the first face they see and the key link between the sales team and the client. Your goal? Ensure a killer pre-sales experience by really getting to know the client's needs and opportunities.
No need to be a total expert in our industry, but a curious mindset and a passion for solving client challenges with tech and workflow is a must!

What you will do:
- As a lead handler and qualifier, you'll be setting up power-packed meetings for sales execs to show off our products.
- You'll be the voice of the company, chatting with customers, making calls to new prospects, and keeping tabs on leads. Understanding customer needs and spotting sales opportunities are key.
- Got questions from potential customers? No problem! You'll be ready with answers and follow-up info via email.
- You'll also become a TableReady pro, able to help potential customers see the value of our products and services. And last but not least, you'll stay up-to-date on all the latest and greatest product updates and features.
You should possess the attitude and aptitude of:
- A true problem-solver, you're always on the hunt for the root cause, asking the right questions to get to the bottom of things.
- Quick on the uptake. You can pick up new concepts and technical info in a flash. You've got a knack for reading people and engaging with them, and you're always open to feedback, making improvements on the spot.
- Convincing and clear, you know how to pitch the value and benefits of a product with absolute conviction. Juggling multiple tasks and tools is a breeze for you.
- You're confident chatting with customers over chat or phone and never let rejections bring you down. You're perseverant and driven to succeed.
- Got a track record of winning over SME business? Bonus points! But your skills and determination will help you get there even if you don't.
