Training and coaching will be given to the candidates.
Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist will work with the operation manager to resolve the merchants' inquiries. The ideal candidates should be customer oriented and organized.
- Provide technical support and training on hardware and software
- Identifying the technical issue and liaising with the higher-level support engineer
- Prepare and develop a support guide for the online knowledge base
- Ability to handle pressure and good communication with external clients
- Discover the new opportunity and collaborate with the sales team
- Good understanding about IP based networking
- Able to work independently or as a team player to support peers
- Ability to create and maintain an online knowledge base system
- Traveling to the client location may be required
- Alternate weekend support may be required
