We are seeking a Content Manager to be the voice and advocate of the EL brand and main communicator across our markets. We seek a candidate with a strong focus on aesthetics, good writing abilities and a strategic mindset.

Job Description

Content Manager Responsibilities

  • Cross-platform content strategy (Social / Press / Awards / GoogleAds /
  • MailChimp)
  • Writing, editing and proofreading content.
  • Utilize the creative team in either market to create content
  • Manage the Calendar reporting daily on the group.
  • Use Hubspot to manage consistency across the social accounts and grow the audience
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Build the network on social media
  • Build press + key industry connections
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
  • Maintain regional messaging for each market

 

Qualifications + KPIs

  • 1+ Years in Content Management / PR
  • Experience in Advertising, Design or Film a preference
  • Must have strong analytical mindset
  • Must have experience in building Content Strategy
  • Social Media (IG/Facebook/Linkedin) (daily posts)
  • Network Emails (Start of month)
  • Newsletter (MailChimp) (Mid-month)
  • Journals (1 x per week)
  • Website (Keep updated)
  • Press (2 x Press release per month)
  • Director announcements (Ad-hoc)
  • Google Presence + Adwords + Analytics (Monitor + Oversee)
  • Award Submissions (2-4 per quarter)
  • Awards: Entry of advertising awards submissions globally
