Your Role
A supportive HR implementation is a crucial prerequisite for our employees to be able to deliver at their best with a piece of mind. As the HR Intern, you will work collaboratively within the HR function to ensure the effective communication and implementation of key HR projects such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Employee Wellbeing Program.
Work collaboratively with internal team members, HRBP and business to deliver HR strategy, processes, and ad hoc project support.
Administer the changes / correspondences in relation to the change of benefit policies in the company.
- Constantly identify and communicate areas of improvement related to employee experience for greater efficiency.
- In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s Internal & External customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level and region level perspective. In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in our Singapore Office on regular working hours
