Elitez Pte Ltd – Quality Control Specialist

• Conduct receiving materials, semi-finished produces and finished product quality checks on daily basis.
• Perform daily Good Agriculture Practices checks in the farm.
• Filling of FSMS, process records and quality check records.
• Documentation of operation procedure and quality standards. Perform gap analysis when necessary.
• Conduct GAP induction/refresher and other quality related training to operation staff.
• Initiate feedback on product and process quality problems.
• Monitor and maintain company’s FSMS.
• Assist operation in problem solving and execute improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audit and attend Quality Audit.
• Facilitate onsite CAPA walkthroughs with designated Process Owners. 
• Review Effectiveness Checks post CAPA review at the farm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• ISO 22000 Auditor Certification and Food Safety Management Auditor Training
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in food sector (as QA or QC) and related field is required for this position.

• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon - Fri) / 8:30am to 12:30noon (Sat)
• Otherwise as per advised by Hiring Manager
• Working Location: Admiralty, Singapore
