Up to $4k Per Month / Service Desk Advisor

• Act as first point of contact to provide assistance with HR Service Desk questions by resolving service requests and service incidents right the first time
• Use data to identify self-service and improvement opportunities for our customers
• Collaborate with other teams within BSO to solve customer problems and implement new improvement ideas
• End-to-end attitude and approach to delivering a service
• Maintain timely and informed updates to customers on the status of their Incidents and Requests
• Effectively handle different customer situations
• Represent Service Desk and BSO in meetings/discussions with stakeholders
• Be part of improvement projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Min. 3 years Service Desk/ Contact Centre experience in Corporate Services (ie. HR, Finance, IT, Procurement)
• Solid knowledge in Service Management and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and customer management
• Demonstrate initiative and tactfulness and willingness to serve customers
• Great teammate and able to perform under minimal supervision
• Lean Continuous Improvement and problem solving
• Experience using ServiceNow or Remedy (or alike service/customer management system) is an advantage
