Elliott Moss Consulting Pte Ltd – SAP BASIS Consultant

We are looking for a junior SAP BASIS consultant role that will join the existing Basis team to assist in SAP technical support, administration, and monitoring activities of the SAP system landscapes including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Enterprise Portal (EP), SAP E-Recruitment (E-Rec), SAP Fraud Management, SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) etc.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Migration activities e.g. file decryption/encryption, file transfer, scriptwriting, monitoring of SAP systems and Databases
• Perform SAP Transport migration
• Perform SAP Security activities
• Responding and resolving incidents that may arise in the production and non-production SAP environments
• Implementing SAP client copy, OSS notes, kernel patches, support packages, add-ons, and SAP software component upgrades
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment
• Weekend and occasional OT support are expected

Required Qualifications

• The candidate should be a Singapore Citizen that possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or equivalent
• The candidate comes with a basic knowledge of SAP system landscape and skillsets in the following platforms and applications:
• SAP System administration and monitoring
• Database (SAP HANA, MS SQL, Sybase)
• Operating Systems (UNIX/Linux, Windows Server)
• Storage and Backup (Symantec NetBackup, EMC)
• Basic knowledge of IT Security Hardening
