Job Summary:
As a Social Media Manager in our finance company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that resonate with our target audience, promote our financial products and services, and drive engagement. You will manage our social media accounts, create high-quality content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals and financial industry trends.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and informative content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to our financial audience.
- Platform Management: Oversee all company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community and trust around our brand.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote financial products, services, webinars, and events.
- Compliance: Ensure all social media content complies with financial regulations and company policies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices within the financial industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Paid Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and must possess at least:
- A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level,
- International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,
- Diploma awarded by Polytechnic in Singapore,
- Or any other academic qualifications which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
Experience:
- Prior experience and background in managing social media accounts, preferably within the financial services industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in social media marketing.
