Founded in 2011, EMPACT is a social enterprise with a mission to build the capacity of social organisations (comprising of non-profits and social enterprises).
We serve as an intermediary to bridge the gap between grant makers, corporates and volunteers with the needs of the social sector. Through our collaboration with our stakeholders, we channel their talents, skills and resources to co-create innovative solutions for capacity building.
To date, EMPACT has impacted more than 700 social organisations in Singapore and the region with an estimated savings amounting up to $7 million.
You will be working together with our Client Service Managers/Executives on a digital connectivity project, as well as on company administrative/operations tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking and verification of information and documents such as system info, grant applications, bills and other documents
- Maintaining and updating records
- Assisting in monthly digital connectivity training sessions
- Assisting in project meetings, e.g. prepare presentation slides, take minutes
- Performing general business administrative/operations tasks and support functions as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma graduate
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
OTHER INFORMATION
The successful candidate can expect to further develop and refine organization, multi-tasking and communication skills, as well as gain knowledge of the social sector. He/She should be able to start work immediately and to commit for a duration of 3 months.
