Job Description
- Work with our staff on event coordination activities.
- Assist in the coordination details of events such as openings, logistics, trade shows.
- Assist in managing the venue.
- Prepare invitations and send out at appropriate time.
- Drive attendance to the event.
- Promote the event through social media and other channels.
- Provide analysis of event performance.
- Represent the company brand.
- Ensure day of event goes smoothly.
- Assist in the maintenance of venue.
- Must be able to work on weekends.
