QuickHR, a rapidly expanding HR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), is looking to hire a creative and seasoned Events & Partnerships Executive. Aside from must-have experience in trade show set-ups, the ideal person must also be able to engage audiences as a public speaker and build strong working relationships with potential clients, vendors and partners.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be tasked to source for new marketing opportunities and represent our organisation on various online and offline platforms to maximise revenue opportunities and improve client retention. This newly-created role requires excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration both within and without the company.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand as a key speaker at internal and external engagements (webinars, trade shows, etc.)
  • Brainstorm creative brand, PR and marketing campaign ideas
  • Actively seek opportunities for QuickHR to enhance its presence and reputation through events and partnerships (physical events including booth set-up, pitching creative marketing tie-ups with partners such as webinars, cross-marketing, etc.)
  • Plan and organise marketing events (online and offline), campaigns, workshops and seminars to increase customer acquisition and brand visibility
  • Budget and source for vendors, lead the design and production of marketing collateral (digital & print)
  • Establish relationships with journalists, influencers and media distributions networks
  • Conduct strong follow-up with leads post-event (esp. email and SMS drip marketing campaigns, passing quality leads to sales team)

Requirements:

  • Experience in setting up trade show booths (mandatory) and organising webinars (preferred)
  • Not afraid to say “no” to ensure high quality of work deliverables from vendors and partners
  • Project and people management – able to push internally and externally for what you need to see events and partnerships to a successful conclusion
  • Having a keen interest in / following trends in Human Resources is a big plus
