Energy Drilling Management Pte Ltd – Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to be based on our regional office in Thailand. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance function within the company, including the following:

• Responsible for filling of personal and corporate tax returns, including VAT, withholding taxes and other relevant taxes as required, and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
• Prepare and maintain appropriate “audit ready” files and assists in the management of tax audits, including but not limited to, reconciliations of VAT, PND1 and PP30.
• Process monthly payroll
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Process payments to suppliers
• Process invoices for billings to customers
• Liaise with external auditors for year end statutory audit

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Strong in both Thai and English communication skills – both oral and written
• Good knowledge in current tax legislation
• Experience in tax audits and filing of tax returns is preferred
