HR Analyst Intern
The HR Analyst Intern role is a great opportunity to join our HR team, working closely with local and global HR professionals, shaping processes and workflows that enable an excellent employee experience
Responsibilities
- Be a part of the local HR team and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
- Streamline HR data management, build dashboard to capture relevant HR metrics using available tools and prepare ad-hoc HR reports
- Collect and analyze data, assist HR team to draw insights and learn from our team of strategy consultants to make high quality deck to present finding and recommendation
- Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience
- Support in leading various HR initiatives across the company
- Assist in talent acquisition matters such as preparing documentations and contracts
Qualifications
- Availability to commit at least 3-months full time internship (6 months or more preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must, as well as all other MS office programs
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Fluent English communication skills, verbal and written
