Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Business Development Analyst Intern will be working closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team and various internal supporting/functional groups to support GTM activities. 

  1. Opportunity Research and Analysis: Key Client Accounts market research and analysis and monitory and analysing public tender information 
  2. Business Development initiatives support: Assistance in preparing proposals, presentations and writing BD-related materials, contributing to quality of written content including proofreading, formatting and editing documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Marketing and Presales to ensure smooth execution of opportunities. 
  3. GTM Knowledge Management and Administration: Support GTM team in BD documentation and administrative processes, including organising meetings and conference calls with external stakeholders, cross functional teams and within GTM team. Structure and maintain centralised documentation of product offerings of the company. Perform administrative duties like minutes of meeting, minor translation for CN and EN materials and organising team building activites. 
  4. Any ad-hoc tasks from supervisor 

Qualifications & Experiences

- Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Business

- Proficient in MS office applications 

- Good communication and analytical skills 

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
