Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day product development work, collaborate closely with developers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain creative, high quality product specifications and drive new feature’s development.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between business value and technical efforts.
  • Identify, assess, track, and resolve issues and risks at every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Analyse customer feedback and request. Develop detailed user stories to represent the customers and their needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, engineering, or business-related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics in an efficient manner.
  • Passionate about understanding technologies, dive deep, and comfortable with discussing design and technical details of a product.
  • The ability to identify problems and provide solutions based on logical assumptions.

Capstone Project

1. Smart Building Product Management
- Discuss product design with UED and align with developers
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
- Write and prioritize user stories, assess the risks
- Drive and review the implementation of new features
- Update or prepare documents for better knowledge management of the product

2. Practice Agile Software Development Methodology 

- Facilitate scrum events, including but not limited to daily stand-up meeting, review and retro meeting, planning meeting, etc. 

- Assist to manage the product backlog

- Guide the team to focus on sprint goals

- Identify the in-efficiencies in the current process and find solutions

- Push through and track the implementation of scrum feedbacks
