Job Description

The Envision Digital Cyber Security organization is growing rapidly to help guide the company through its own global hyper growth phase. This growth is fueled by customer demand for our innovative cloud-based software and embedded product lines. As a Trust and Assurance Intern you will be part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance program to help guide the organization through geo and industry specific compliance requirements while helping to manage risk. You will also:

1. Reinforce and learn NIST CSF & 800-53, ISO27001/2, ISO9001, SOC 1/2/3/, IEC 62443, DISA/DFARS, FedRamp, GDPR, etc. to name a few.

2. Regularly communicate project status, compliance results and issues to control owners, stakeholders and management

3. Develop metrics to track compliance with regulatory and standards based controls implementation.

4. Assist in Third Party Risk Management activities and facilitate Security and Privacy awareness across the organization

5. Consider and promote continuous compliance and improvements in respective processes, controls and compliance certifications.

6. Ability to interact and effectively guide and address third party auditor questions.

7. Demonstrate solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results.

Job Requirements: 

1. BS degree or higher degree in MIS, Computer Engineering or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) in progress.

2. Hands-on experience building compliance (i.e. ISO, SOC, FedRamp, GDPR) frameworks.

3. Basic understanding of cloud concepts and public clouds such as AWS, Azure and GCP.

4. Basic understanding of risk assessment and management principles.

5. Strong knowledge of security risk management frameworks including related regulatory compliance requirements (NIST CSF & 800-53, ISO27001, SOC, FedRamp, GDPR, IM8 etc.)

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
