Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level troubleshooting to customers via phone call
• Assist technician at field service jobs
• Input data into the customer database/ system
• Compile documents for customer
• Liaise with HQ on all customer support system matters

• A Level/Higher Nitec qualification
• 1 year of working experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Preferred with some basic knowledge of computer networking and electrical engineering
