Epiphany is a discovery platform. It helps product teams use customer insights to prioritize their roadmap. We do that by facilitating the thematic analysis of qualitative data from user research and customer feedback to find insights about their needs.
We started this company because we know how difficult it is to build products. We believe that the key to doing it successfully is in being able to understand customer needs and test ideas quickly. Our purpose is to make it easier for teams to build things people want.
We’re currently in private beta, working with teams from several exciting companies as we fine-tune the product. We need some help to do more to understand our customers’ needs and test out ideas.
