Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Operational Support Intern to join our team and assist with project preparation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations while contributing to the success of various projects within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing project materials
  • Coordinate with teams/client to gather necessary information and resources for project execution.
  • Support the customer service team in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the customer service department.

Job Requirements:
