EPS Consultants Pte Ltd – IT Project Executive

• To support in smart workplace projects/ initiatives (e.g. office access control system, resource booking system, occupancy sensors, smart lockers, smart vending machines, etc.).
• Prepare and call for tenders/quotations for smart workplace initiatives
• Manage queries and change requests from staff (e.g. user unable to access office or vending machines);
• Conduct first-level of troubleshooting for all related issues and escalate to vendors (if required);
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
• Coordinate and supervise contractors during project implementation stages.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least two years of relevant working experience
• Have broad knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAAS, mobile app technologies, API integrations, network, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent project management skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Organised, meticulous, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Word, in particular)
