· General administrative function
· Coordinating the operation of Service and Project Support Team
· Performing quotation of Retrofit projects and Spare Parts and supporting quotation for Service contracts
· Answering calls as part of customer service and arranging for servicing.
· Monitoring project status throughout its phases, facilitating communication and issue resolution
· Creating AR invoicing for Service based on the frequency agreed in the contract
· Managing Service contracts up to Sales Order creation in SAP
· Maintains customer records by updating account information
· Verifying monthly overtime records of field staff
· Any other task assigned by manager
6 months contract role, convertible to perm staff.
