Job Description
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc
- Assist in Tender Bid Preparation.
- Track and follow up existing customer on contract- renewal
