- Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases (e.g. interview schedules, examination and tutorial schedules)
- Prepare onboarding documents
- Conducting of interviews
- Candidates management
- Other duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum full-time Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office Prior experience in similar field
- Able to commit long term
