Digital Marketing Intern (6 Months)
Location: International Plaza, Tanjong Pagar (Remote/Office Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Compensation: $800 - $1,000
About the Role
This unique, hands-on digital marketing internship is designed for those who are eager to immerse themselves in real-world digital marketing tasks. Over the 6-month period, you’ll go through an intensive 3-month probationary training with one-on-one mentorship, during which you'll gain practical experience in live campaign execution. This isn’t your typical internship; you'll work on real projects, collaborate on active campaigns, and gain exposure to the core functions of digital marketing.
By the end of the internship, you’ll be able to execute a full suite of digital marketing tasks and possess the skills needed to perform at the level of an entry-level Digital Marketing Executive. Outstanding interns may be offered the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search, and display.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign strategy and creative direction.
- Support the analysis and reporting of campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Work on content creation and scheduling across multiple digital channels.
- Learn and apply best practices for SEO, SEM, and digital analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Meticulous: High attention to detail for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content and effective marketing strategies.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication across teams and channels.
Work Arrangement:
- Flexible work-from-home and office (International Plaza, Tanjong Pagar) options.
- 5-day work week, 9am - 6pm.
