Job Description

Sales and Admin Intern
Location: Equinet Academy (Hybrid/Remote/On-Site)
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Potential for Full-Time Conversion: Yes

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Intern to support our operations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and administrative functions while working with a vibrant and professional team. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the sales pipeline, including CRM data entry and updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
  • Contribute to the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including follow-ups.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for course operations, such as managing schedules, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or administrative roles (internship or part-time) is a bonus but not required.
