Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project – University engagement ambassador
    • Support engagement activities with universities and tertiary institutions in respective city (Shanghai or Singapore)
    • Support Talent Acquisition lead in country to manage internship calendar for Shanghai and Singapore
    • Engage campus rep on coordinating applicants and campus/ on-site events
    • Drive peer level community engagement with students in campus across multiple platforms
  • Work experience
    • Provide assistance in the recruitment activities including internship program and/or career fairs for graduates program
    • Provide administrative and operational support for talent acquisition related activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Desire to work within a fast pace and multinational environment
  • Good interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and creative
  • Strong organizing and analytical skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
