To provide support for in-country teams in APAC throughout all aspects of the process from quote to book but with specific focus on configuration of orders submitted by local teams and special investigations.The purpose of Order Management is threefold: -
- To maintain visibility of pinch-points where orders become “stalled” or delayed from progression through the process towards billing
- To perform the key function of configuration and submission of orders
- To provide support to the local teams for all aspects of the process from Quote to Book (e.g. Special investigations)
In support of these main, broad responsibilities the Order Management specialist has the following more detailed responsibilities:
- Service request & order management (including validation, configuration, booking, cancellation);
- Order management process support;
- Order management documentation development;
- Delivery of application and process training;
- Reporting, metrics and analytics.
