Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To be able to maintain an office environment to make it suitable for work. This refers to the following items but may include other ad hoc office affairs from time to time.
  • To support the logistic requirements like Fedex/DHL/Couriers on a daily basis while keeping track of cost and management of PO.
  • Organize meetings and taking of minutes.
  • Book necessary options if required / creation of purchase orders .
  • Attend to mainline office calls and transfer banker's calls to colleagues when required to perform voice log.
  • Assist in Archiving and disposal exercises for Storage and archive boxes as we have a lot of client files and paper work that requires optimizing of space, cost, and adherance to disposal timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimally a diploma in a relevant field of studies
  • Friendly and customer service oriented character
  • Interested in Office work
