Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events from start to finish. 
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. 
• Manage event schedules, timelines, and logistics. 
• Support in handling client queries and maintaining excellent client relationships. 
• Contribute to the creative process of event conceptualization. 
• Assist in the management of event budgets and expense tracking. 
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications: 

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for event planning.
