Job Description
  • Assisting with project coordination: organizing project schedules, coordinating meetings and maintaining project documentation.
  • Conducting Research: Assist in researching technical specifications, materials, equipment or codes relevant to the project.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing project reports, progress updates and documentation of project activities.
  • Support in Design and Planning: Assist in drafting plans, layouts, electrical schematics and other related tasks.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Visit project sites, observe site progress and assist in inspection of quality control activities
  • Supporting Team Members: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Assisting in Procurement: Sourcing materials, obtaining quotes and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in general administration.
