This role will be supporting the Global Trade Marketing of Sun & Readers Division in ensuring all marketing and trade tools are relevant and available on time for the regions.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1.Daily duties:
- Ensure coherence and consistency of Marketing and Trade tools and according to Global guidelines
- Monitor and ensure international markets receive trade marketing tools and visual requests in a timely manner (48 hours)
- Support the preparation of marketing templates, order forms, marketing reports (e.g. Best practices report) and product training materials
- Tracking payment for marketing expenditures for the trade marketing team
- Manage, organize, and upload images, videos, marketing materials in the Google Drive
- Prepare the monthly newsletter to communicate important Trade Marketing announcements to global markets
- Manage and track GWP and POP inventory
2. Translation and communication:
- Translate English marketing materials into Chinese and viceversa
- Engage and communicate with China team, Chinese customers and contractors
3.Assist global trade show:
- Support the preparation and progress for global trade fairs/shows
- Assist in meetings with customers
- Assist in the preparation of the Post-event reports
Key Requirements:
- Not necessary, but preferred experience with marketing.
- Advanced in written and spoken English.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, for translation. (Mandarin, Cantonese preferred)
